| CCI Methodology CCI toolsets are uniquely designed "By Service Providers, For Service Providers". Our mature web-based products have been in continuous improvement through close cooperation with Northern Illinois University, and other recognized leaders in social services, governmental, faith, and private service industries. Coming from the front lines of service delivery, we understand fully that core life issues for distressed individuals and families must be addressed in a holistic and coordinated manner for sustained stability to be realized. CCI toolsets are therefore built on these common sense understandings, and are: 1. Holistic - Meaning that we must assist the whole person, in all areas of life. The CCI program provides a user-friendly platform with built-in assessment and planning tools to cover 15 areas of life right out-of-the-box, including:
Agencies can choose to assist with coordinating and/or providing services in one, several, or all areas. With the customizable program you may also choose to modify data fields, remove areas of life tabs, add additional tabs, or even add sub-tabs as you desire. 2. It is a sad fact that well-meaning but isolated agencies, performing isolated & uncoordinated services, can actually serve to perpetuate a person's problems. Using CCI's guided intake and planning tools, service providers can work together on common goal-oriented plans that have been proven effective in helping distressed individuals and families attain stability and independence. CCI client centered approach will guide providers to effectively:
CCI's unique and user-friendly sharing model is HIPAA compliant, and ensures client information will remain secure and confidential, and accessible only to those authorized to see information based on the area(s) of life that they are assisting with. The staff and supporters of CCI are honored that over 120,000 individuals and families have been helped to rebuild their lives using CCI toolsets. |
