1.) The Provider and Resource Database For fast and effective inventory, search, and linkage of all available governmental, social service, faith based, and private resources.
2.) The Case Management Database For fast and effective intake and recovery plan management to help stabilize citizens with emergency as well as long-term recovery needs. CCI methodology guides staff, volunteers, and participants through the following:
a.) Needs Assessment: Perform a fast and comprehensive assessment of needs for one, several, or all areas of life to identify specific tangible and practical needs for crisis victims and their families. CCI has built-in assessment and planning fields with pre-defined questions and drop-down values for the following life areas: Addictions, Belongings, Education, Employment, Financial, Health, Housing, Identification, Legal, Mental Health, Recreation, Relationships, Spiritual, and Transportation. It is also easy to customize, create new, or delete existing fields, drop-down values, area of life tabs, or sub-tabs to meet unique requirements. b.) Set Goals & Steps: Set specific goals, and steps to attain identified Goals and Steps from pre-defined lists of commonly used goals and steps, or free text as required. c.) Link To Resources: Identify and link to appropriate resources that can help fulfill and accomplish the Goals and Steps that have been set. d.) Develop Common Case Plans: All participating providers are empowered to share information and work off of common goal plans for disaster victims through CCI's user-friendly and HIPAA compliant web-based data sharing platform.
