Breaking the Cycle

CCI's life rebuilding methods and web-based toolsets have been proven effective in reducing jail recidivism rates by more than 400%.  A recent 12-month report for a multi-year pilot project using CCI tools in Winnebago Country, IL reduced recidivism in a study of 88 long-term homeless individuals from a previous 85% down to 18%, and saved over $348,920 in jail stay days alone.
