What is MPOWR?

MPOWR is a software tool that is designed for nonprofits that develop case management, or achievement plans, when working with their participants. It allows for a holistic assessment along with the development of meaningful and measureable goals and steps to assist individuals toward self-sufficiency.

Summary of CCI and the Northside Achievement Zone

Community Collaboration Inc (CCI) has had a three year relationship with the Northside Achievement Zone and has been privileged to be a part of the development work to establish a "cradle to college to career" pipeline for all children on the Northside of Minneapolis.  CCI has worked with NAZ leadership to implement a version of its MPOWR tool called "NAZ Connect" that enables the engagement team to develop, monitor, and report on all aspects of the achievement plans developed for each NAZ family.  This shared data system is utilized by multiple agencies community-wide, allowing for the exchange of information, shared goal planning, and true collaboration around each families' success.  We look forward to the further development of this project and contributing to the culture of achievement that is being built in North Minneapolis.
