The Road Back to Work
Employment is often lost due to life issues being improperly managed, including: transportation, childcare, domestic disputes, legal entanglements, addictions, mental health, health, and several possibilities.
As chronic unemployment affects a growing number of US workers, solving the job placement puzzle is becoming a networking challenge, not just for the job-seeker, but the organizations and agencies trying to help individuals on their path to a more stable employment future. Access to training and support services whether legal, addiction-based, etc. is a greater factor now more than ever. Connecting and collaborating is a necessity as resources are more scarce and the number of chronically unemployed continues to rise.
CCI helps build a more stable and prepared workforce that can gain and maintain employment, as well as ensure they will show up for work on time, and prepared to work. Rebuilding the infrastructure around the individual through the holistic approach increases their chance for long-term success.
Who can use CCI to send people on the road back to work?
