Cynthia Bowers reports on an Ohio non-profit called the Circles Campaign that matches low-income families with middle-income volunteers who provide relief from the day-to-day grind and a path out of poverty. The Circles Campagin uses the CCI toolsets in order to help under-privileged individuals and families to achieve self-sufficiency.
