Community Collaboration and Integration is proud to announce that the Rockford Housing Authority has selected CCI's MPOWR Case Management System to aid RHA case managers and residents in a new emphasis on case management to plan for success, and achieve residents personal goals toward increased economic self-sufficiency.

RHA has always been a respected provider of safe, decent, and sanitary housing. They are now initiating a renewed vision to become a housing provider that meets an even higher level of individual community success. In partnership with CCI and other local agencies, RHA is not only serving people IN their distressed condition, but is working holistically and collaboratively to lift people OUT of their distressed condition. This initiative has the goal of empowering residents to gain economic self-sufficiency that will enable residents to 'move in, move up, and move on'.

CCI has imported over 2,800 individuals from RHA's existing system into the MPOWR system to serve the individuals and families in all of their Self-Sufficiency programs now known as ReBuild -- Your Life, Your Choice.
