- Factors that Determine the Success of Collaboration – CCI defines the characteristics of collaboration and communication practices, and guides teams through the required process of actions and commitments necessary to empower a working collaboration.
- The Process of Developing and Sustaining the Collaboration – Recommended for agency directors and community leaders, this service demonstrates the planning and commitment required of all agency members to build the effective practices and implement the progressive problem solving required to sustain and expand collaboration. CCI partners with Northern Illinois University (NIU) to help community leaders and human service professionals learn how to measure the results and outcomes, conduct benchmarking, and track the benefits that come from delivering a wide range of human services through collaborative case management. The CCI/NIU team works with front-line professionals, supervisors, senior managers, elected officials, board members, and other community leaders to help them create organizational and community policies and goals that foster collaboration. Through this process they are able to unlock the benefits that result from helping the greatest number of clients achieve maximum self-sufficiency through seamlessly delivered human services.
